I have installed Pydio Cells on a server on ubuntu, all of my workspaces appear empty and when I check the logs they all contain the following error:
“error”:"Could not find DataSource "
Any advice on what could be causing this would be appreciated

what did you put for the external and internal binds.
Also did you restart your cells?
