if i create a folder and shared this for public anonymous user to only upload files.
is it possible that theres a prompt for asking a name, to create a subfolder inside this shared folder whre all uploaded data belongs?

We have added some advanced features for such use cases in the latest version of the Cells server (v4) that are pretty neat, but they are only available in the Enterprise Distribution.
For home usage, you should rather ask your friends to make a zip with all files and a relevant name and to upload same all at once or a similar simple process.
