Cant MOVE files to folder

When I Click on a file to highlight the filename in the folder list and then click on MOVE and select a folder in the popup window, in the bottom corner of the screen I get a message window which states “Launching task Move in background Starting…” but the file never moves.

Same result if I try to drag a files in to a subfolder.

File is an .mp4 29MB

i tried with my config and it worked like a charm,
i have php 7.1 could be the difference.

If you could update php to version 7 and retry.
