I’m using Pydio 8.2.3 on Centos 7 / Apache and we are now getting this error message when we try to share our content with links. It used to work!
When we use links like this below, we get “Cannot find specified link!”
What could be the problem? Is this a permission issue regaring the public folder or something wrongly configured in settings?
Do you know why you have “/pydio” at the end of link ?
no, not sure, Pydio displays it like this.
Could this be an issue with permissions? How should the permissions be set on the documnents and public folder?
Obviously, No. It’s pb of url. It should be like https://example.com/pydio/public/429e58
Please try without /pydio at the end.
We have never had /pydio at the end when Pydio generate public link. Please verify in Pydio >> Settings >> Main Options.
Please verify also .htaccess file, rewrite rules …
I solved this issue, it was the url. However I have another problem with Zoho editor. When saving files I get error like those:
“Unable to save the spreadsheet”
“There was an error while saving the content. Please export a local copy and try again later”
