in recent days, when we go to the People option (via Admin/settings/, the display of accounts and groups is very long.
There is only this part, the rest is working normally.
I restarted the Pydio server but not better. I reduced the number of users to view but not better.

sorry for the late answer,
could you clear your cache and see if the issue is fixed,
you can rm -f <yourpydio>/data/cache/plugins_* and also rm -f <yourpydio>/data/cache/i18n/*

Do you have auth ldap active? If yes, please verify the ip, server address and ldap service
Do you enable cache server in Pydio config
?
