Unable to explore zip file in pydio

Hi,
OS : Ubuntu 18.04.3 LTS (Bionic Beaver)
Pydio Version : Pydio 8.2.0

I have successfully installed pydio as web FTP in a sub domain all the things are working i am able to login with all ftp accounts but when i tried to explore an zip file it display
“ftp_chdir() : Can’t change directory to /web/porta.zip:Not a directory”

Any Suggestions are welcome.
