Pydio 7: download folder problem

hello,

Using Pydio 7. Recently I am encountering a problem while downloading à folder via web access.
The zip archive is created in the temporary data file but the never downloaded to the web client.

Don’t know the reason.

Downloading of a file works, via cart also

Can someone help me …

Hi,
could you look at your pydio logs, i’m not familiar with the version 7 but they might be located in the database.
