Some Users Cannot Login

Hello,

Some of our Pydio users cannot login.

There is no scheme to it.

Some are ldap users (other ldap users can still login)

some are created in the web gui. These users get the error “Invalid user”

the ldap synchronization seems to work given that most ldap users can login even after a password change within the domain.

Pydio Version: 8.2.3
Server OS: Debian 8

Please provide the following tags: install / upgrade, package type, server OS, pydio version

Maybe they are locked in ldap server

I don’t think so, they can even login to their workstations properly

Do you have many LDAP server? Try to point Pydio to a Master (instead of readonly DC)

It is pointed to a single ldap server.

Also some external users that are not created on the ldap server cannot login.
