You can stop the action in the scheduler just underneath the task there’s a new line and on it, there should be a stop button (a square on the right).

it’s not supposed to stop until you stop it, it will run every programmed time, as for the notifications you could try the consume_notification_queue for a task.

Anyone could set up “watch on modification” on My-Files ?

My-files are your users current files, basically they should not be able to see them unless you share them they cannot watch them.
I’ve created a new workspace add YES it works !
But why is not written somewhere that watches do not apply for My-Files and why can we still set them without alert ?
