My Os is Ubuntu server 16.4 LTS,
PHP 7.0.22-0ubuntu0.16.04.1 (cli) ( NTS )
Server version: Apache/2.4.18 (Ubuntu); Server built: 2017-09-18T15:09:02
java version “1.8.0_151”; Javaℱ SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_151-b12)
Java HotSpotℱ Client VM (build 25.151-b12, mixed mode)

Hello all
After uninstall I have installed Pydio 8 with the apt repository, I have Always the same error message and if I test the installation of Pydio 8 with the cmd: https ://my IP adresse server/pydio/public/linkHash, with fire fox I obtain a white screen.
The error during the installation:

Bonjour Laurent,

Si je comprends bien, vous essayez d’installer pydio 8 via les packages (apt-get) sur un ubuntu 16.04 ?

Perso je l’ai installĂ© sur une debian mais as-tu fait de cette façon :
echo “deb https://download.pydio.com/pub/linux/debian/ xenial main” > /etc/apt/sources.list.d/pydio.list
wget -qO - https://download.pydio.com/pub/linux/debian/key/pubkey | sudo apt-key add -
sudo apt-get update
sudo apt-get install pydio
sudo apt-get install pydio-all

Si tu es en mode super utilisateur n’oublie pas de retirer les sudo.

Effectivement c’est exactement ce que j’ai fait.
Mais en regardant le fichier error.log d’apache2, j’ai une “PHP fatal error”, pas trùs lisible pour moi:

Avez-vous installé un serveur LAMP avant de mettre en place pydio ?

Ce que vous pouvez faire, c’est tĂ©lĂ©charger directement le .tar Ă  l’aide d’un wget sur votre serveur et de le copier coller dans le bon rĂ©pertoire.

Bonjour Malcom
En fait j’utilisais la version 6 de pydio, et j’ai fait un update de la LTS de linux. je pense que le serveur LAMP Ă  Ă©tĂ© mise Ă  jour, au moins Apache2 Ă  Ă©tĂ© mis Ă  jour c’est sur, mais je vais vĂ©rifier MySql.
Sinon j’essaierai de tĂ©lĂ©charger directement le .Tar

Moi aussi j’utilisais la version 6 et j’ai jamais rĂ©ussi Ă  le mettre Ă  jour directement.

J’ai rĂ©-installĂ© un nouveau serveur et j’ai exportĂ© puis importĂ© les documents utilisateurs.

Hi,

this error is implying that you dont have JDK but
i believe you have the version 8, maybe you could try to get the version 7 and try once more.

but then you have a 404 error which means that you cannot reach the server.
