Workspace that points to SMB share on our internal windows domain.
Is it possible to make a public upload, so multiple (like 100 different users) can upload files/folders to this Workspace?

Yes, it’s possible.
However it depends on the way you set for authentication when pydio make connection to smb share. If you are using a fixed credential, it should work as well as it is in file standard workspace. However, if you are using “use credential in session”, the public link will be unavailable if owner change his password.
