No active client, no active agent

Dear Pydio forum,

I have a desktop client running on my windows 10 PC. The problem, that i have is the following: it stopped syncing: it says: no active agent, no active client. I did reboot my system many times.

How can i resolve this problem?

Hello,

Could you please give me the following informations:

  • Pydio version
  • Pydio Sync client version
  • Pydio Sync client logs (can be found in C:\Users\<USER>\AppData\Roaming\Pydio)

PydioSync v2.2.0 - Build
It seems that i cannout upload those logfiles on this forum.

After about 5 reboots and leaving my computer on permanantly, the issue is resolved and now everything is synced. Maybe the client cannot handle tens of thousands of files easily?
