Windows 10 pydio client hangs

Hi all,

I’ve installed PydioSync v2.2.0 - January 10 2019 on a fresh installed windows 10 pro.
It’s impossible to add a synchronization.
it works on my iphone and another laptop, but not on the new laptop.

I add pydio agent on the windows firewall, but impossible to synchronize any folder.

I apologize for the late reply,

  • can authenticate and list the workspaces even without creating a sync job?

Could you try to run the application as an admin, I believe on windows you can right click the shortcut and run as an administrator.

Finally i abort the use of Pydio … I stop this solution for sync my files after many years of uses …

Hello @jcros,

Sorry to hear that.

If you ever want to debug you can look inside the appData and search for the client folder inside there might be a log file.
