The only Android app I found compatible with Pydio’s MinIO S3 server is Cloudly - S3 Manager.
Other apps just shows files, at most. But they cannot upload or download files.
On desktop, on the other hand, it works with Cyberduck, Mountain Duck, and /n Software S3 Drive 2022.

Could you please precise if you have flat or stuctured datasources ?
