Lock/deactivate users after inactivity to rotate allowed accounts

Hello,
With our licence, we have only 100 users allowed, but over 1000 potential users from our Active Directory (it was not worth to buy a licence with 1000 accounts because there are not more than 100 users in a year).

How could we automatically setup the deactivation of an account after a week of inactivity ? Of course, the user should be able to login and use pydio again after being inactive.

We have Pydio Cells Entreprise 4.3.6 for Linux.
The server OS is Ubuntu 22.04, with MySQL 8.0.36.

The only similar need I saw wasn’t resolved, and on pydio 8…

Hello, as you bought an enterprise license, you should better ask this kind of question in your customer account, via the Support tickets ! The support team will probably direct you to Cells Flows to automate this kind of “purge” operation.
