Let's Encrypt SSL Certificate

I am trying to implement a Pydio Cells server in my network scenario. Scenario is something like this:

The scenario consists of a CentOS 7 server with Pydio Cells installed, and an OPNsense firewall that connects to the Router that goes out to the Internet. When I install Pydio Cells I have no problem accessing the web page, however if I try to install the Let’s Encrypt auto-generated certificate, I cannot access the web and I get the message that ‘The connection to this web page is not safe’. If I generate a self-signed certificate on the server, I can easily access the Pydio Cells page, but I want to use the Let’s Encrypt one.
