I there a way to configure pydoi cells so that is would be available on, say mydomain.fr/pydio instead of the root of the domain name ?

at the time being it’s not faisable,
it should be possible in theory if you can configure a proxy that will handle all of the redirections,
but to give you a context here’s the cells architecture, ( so basically you would have to handle the caddy proxy)

you will have to change a parameter inside pydio 8, and configure your apache virtual host to do that.
