[Feature Request] Support for Push Notifications

Describe your issue in detail

We are using Pydio Cells in a small office and we like it so far, but when some changes are made we only get the notification if open the application or in email, but it could be easier if push notification is implemented to receive a notification even if someone is not opened the application.

What version of Cells are you using?

4.4.0

What is the server OS? Database name/version? Browser name or mobile device description (if issue appears client-side)?

Fedora Workstation 39, KDE on Wayland.
DB: MariaDB 10.5.23

What steps have you taken to resolve this issue already?
