Cannot access library

I had pydio installed for awhile (not me who installed it)
Now when user try to access the library he get:
error while trying to log user
i tried to restore boot.conf from a backup
with
ps au i can see pydio running, what i should do next ? thanks.

To make sure that I understand your request:

  • The user cannot log in?
  • The user cannot access a workspace?

And also could you give me the following information:

  • Pydio Version
  • Os version
  • Database version
