Can I decide CellsSync webview engine?

I have a win7 pc installed CellsSync, I got js error, looks like CellsSync start IE engine as webview.
I can start http://localhost:3636 in Chrome mannally.

But if I can change the webview engine ? or I have do something with my IE ?

One more thing about localization:

Hi @lex we are looking at upgrading the webview lib to switch to the Edge webview, but it’s not straight-forward unfortunately.
