Is the same: Pydio Cells Home Edition(PCHE) eqal Community Edition?
Can i use PCHE in University (for internal and extrernal use) without violating license ? I think yes because license is AGPL v3.
Can Pydio Company able give Enterprise Edition free license for University ?

As long as you are respecting the AGPL V3 licence then yes you can use it.
For the Enterprise Edition i would invite you to contact the sales support, they can offer you a temporary testing licence.
