Use of Same Excel File by more than one user

I recently installed Pydio on my webserver for file sharing options. Having lot of options. Really good. But one of our purpose is not solved

We have a small team sharing a similar workbook. In local windows network we share a similar excel workbook with our team members. When one of the team member is using the excel file, if other trys to open, it open and shows (read only) mode. I want to achieve the same here in Pydio. I tried various methods, No use. How can I achieve that. It is urgent. Pls help.

for that purpose i believe that collabora online is the best solution,
the install might be hard but there is posts on the forum that will be of any help.
