Problem uploading files higher 1mb

For first post, please answer the questions below!

Describe your issue in detail When i try to upload a file higher than 1mb i get the error “FILE UPLOAD ERROR UNDEFINED ERROR”

What version of Cells are you using? Pydio cells home edition 4.2.0

What is the server OS? Database name/version? Browser name or mobile device description (if issue appears client-side)? Im usign docker i tried with pydio/cells:4.2.0 and pydio/cells:latest

What steps have you taken to resolve this issue already? I check limit of file and i put 20MB, i cant see any mistake in the configuration

A few questions that might help to solve your problem:

  • Do you see any error message in the server journal?
  • Do you see any error in the developer console of your browser? (on the client side)
  • Can you upload smaller files ?
  • From the few details you already gave, that might be an issue with the time of the server, can you check if your docker image has a correct system date and time.
