Office Docs Zoho Editor: 401 Unauthorized

Hi everybody,

I searched the Forum and Google a bit, but couldn’t really find an answer to my problem, so I hope maybe one of you could help me!

On my webserver I’ve installed the php version of Pydio 8.2.0. I’m running PHP 7.0.30 and have the php_openssl.so extention activated. I’ve signed up at Zoho Office to get the API key, pasted the generated Z Agent key to save_zoho.php.

Now when I create a file bla.doc and try to open it, the window that opens displays “This XML file does not appear to have any style information associated with it. The document tree is shown below.” followed by
“Client error response [url] https://exportwriter.zoho.com/remotedoc.im [status code] 401 [reason phrase] Unauthorized”

The logs show the error 401 " GET /index.php?secure_token=blablabla&get_action=post_to_zohoserver&file=L2JsYS5kb2M=&parent_url=aHR0cHM6Ly9ob3N0Lmpramtqay5uZXQv HTTP/1.1"

I’m guessing the part I replaced with “blablabla” should probably be the API key? Because it’s not and there’s a seemingly random value there. Or is something else the matter?

Now I’ve tried turning off the web application’s firewall completely, as well as checking with the server firewall, and the only traffic that’s blocked there is incoming for MySQL and name server, as well as forwarding requests.

I would greatly appreciate any help or suggestions!

Thank you and kind regards,
