Please provide the following tags: install / upgrade, package type, server OS, pydio version
We have installed Pydio 8.0 for internal use on NetGear NAS-RN204.
We are facing 2 issues…
- Meta tags are getting erased after some duration automatically
- Unable to index, shows the error “Error while trying to load lucene index at path…”
We are not very tech savvy and we have faced lot of issues during installation too. Though there are couple of updates pending, we are worried to install since it may throw some issues.
We have around ten thousand files in the system already.
Can someone please help us solve this? We may need micro details as we are not hands on php developers
