I have a Cells instance syncing with an Active Directory domain. That domain has a group that is given to all administrators. Is it possible to configure all users who are in that group to be automatically added to the Administrators role in Cells?

Yes, it’s possible. The configuration could be done in Authentication >> AD/LDAP>> “MemberOf Mapping”
