Fresh Install never starts

Running on Ubuntu Server 18.04 with mySQL 5.7 in a VM.

Followed the install guide on the website, as well as another users step by step post on the forums https://forum.pydio.com/t/solved-unable-to-install-cells-v2/2897/8?u=mrtinvan

I’ve done the install via the command line, my bind is set to the VM’s bridged IP address (10.101.1.35) and the external url is also set to the same IP address.

The install seems to work well, but once the start script is run, I always get a error “Frontend Service Not Detected”
and the web UI is not ever accessible.

Hi,

Please follow this tutorial: Install static binaries | Pydio
And make sure that you are in bash of pydio user: sudo su - pydio when you start cells

If possible, please post the output of cells for debugging
