Download button disappears

Hi

We’re seeing the same issue as Menu "Download" on folders disappear after a first folder selected

We’re running Pydio v8.2.3 on CentOS 7 with nginx 1.12.2. Downloads were working fine up until 5th December. But now the download button appears when you initially click on a folder but clicking on subsequent folders means the download button disappears until you refresh the page. There have been no changes for months which could have caused this.

I’ve upgraded from 8.2.0 to 8.2.3 in the hope this would be resolved but it persists. I’ve tried clearing the plugin caches and restarting nginx but no joy.

Any assistance would be greatly appreciated.

I still haven’t resolved this issue, can anyone offer some suggestions on what to try?

Hello @dznunn,

Are you using a cache(mem cache, redis, …)?

And also could you try with an incognito tab and see if it occurs.

We aren’t using a cache and it still occurs when using an incognito tab.

F12 to open dev mode on your webbrower. In Console tab, do you see any error ?

There are no errors in the developer console.
