I have read about Pydio and I have found it very interesting although now I am looking forward for it’s implementation process. So, can I host it on the managed AWS cloud hosting server which is powered by Cloudways as I don’t want to get into the management and hosting issue of AWS server.

as long as you have the environment(debian, ubuntu or centos) , the resources and access to the command line interface you can install install your cells on your server.
Cells requirements :
Cells requires a database (mariadb 10.3 or mysql 5.7),
must be running on Debian, Ubuntu or centos.
Thanks Zayn for the advice. I had debian as an operating system. So, It did work and I was able to deploy pydio on AWS hosting server through your advice.
