Cells Windows installation gets hung on internal URL

I have installed Cells on a windows 10 device. I created the internal url of 172.168.1.19:443 and an external of https://fileplatform.neff.com:443. I did a self signed certificate, but when the internal URL tries to open The PYDIO icon says loading, but it never finishes loading. Any help would be greatly appreciated

If you do, would you mind giving me your install configuration

  • BIND url
  • external url
  • if you have a reverse proxy
