When i installed Cells V2 inside of Windows 10 machine, the cert installs successfully, but I am still unable to reach it via the web https://172.168.1.19:8080. Where are the certs installed when using letsencrypt?

I am unfortunately not familiar with windows 10, but on linux for instance the certs are installed in the home under a hidden directory, .caddy, you could search for this directory under your home or appData directories.
