Cannot see Scheduler time options in community

I want to change the User Digest to once every 4 hours. Currently it is set to 15 minutes and I cannot see the “timer” button/option

RHEL Linux 8 - onboard database (not using mongo)

Yep, the demo runs the Enterprise Edition.
The frequency of the user digest is not configurable in the Home Edition, sorry for this.
