Adjust desktop client sync time

Hello,
is it possible to adjust the sync time for the desktop client? Some users are complaining that they create folders but cannot see them for some minutes.

Hi,
if you mean the update time absolutely you can adjust that by going on the option menu of Sync and modify your update time.

I mean to adjust the sync time not the update time of the client.

Hi,
for the sync time by default its automatic but you can either put it on manual ( you will have to sync it whenever you want ) or at a set time ( it will sync at this set time ) as for your issue it might be related to this see the concurrent connections value it might be of any help.
