Unable to install Pydio on web server (Error 500)

Hi,

My website is hosted on Hosting 24 and with Apache as web server. I am trying to deploy Pydio but it gives an error that the website is currently unable to handle request. HTTP ERROR 500. I have tried making sub domain, folders with domain to deploy the code but nothing works. I have tried changing the path from .htaccess file but I am currently unable to solve the issue.

I am using the latest Pydio version (8.2.1) downloaded from website.

could you give me your os, webserver and php version .

Thank you so much for response Zayn. Actually it was a problem with PHP version, it was set as 5.1. I changed it to 7.1 and the problem was resolved. Thank a ton!
