Shared links customization

Customizing a public shared link doesn’t allow uppercase letters. Is there a config setting somewhere that can be changed for this? I know there is a section in the sharing feature plugin where we can change the minimum length of the custom link, but nothing regarding what characters are allowed.

Cells v4.4.15

Debian 12, MariaDB 10.11

Searched forums and Google without any luck.
