“Not Found The requested URL /welcome…” 404 error when I reload the web page for window server

My last post was rejected.
I’m sorry to have to upload again.

[Information]
Window server 2012 R2 64bit
PHP 5.6
Mysql 5.3
IIS v8.0.9200.16384.

We are trying to access after reload web page (web address changed to protect site) URL but getting below error.Not Found The requested URL not found on this server.

I have seen the pydio Troubleshooting document (https://pydio.com/en/docs/v8/troubleshooting 1)
But there was only a solution for Linux-based.
I am using a window server.

I need your help.

Hi,
yes your old post was unlisted, i don’t know how it happened but i listed it back,
otherwise as i told you before it could be rewrite rules, in our troubleshooting page we do explain it but only on the linux part for windows you could take a look here.
