macOS Sync Client and ssl cipher

We configured nginx webserver with this ssl settings:

    ssl_ciphers     "ECDH+AESGCM:ECDH+AES256:ECDH+AES128:!ADH:!AECDH:!MD5;";
    ssl_protocols   TLSv1 TLSv1.1 TLSv1.2;

Sync Client on macOS (both latest) is not working with that settings. Without yes. Should the Sync Client be updated to match the last state of security?
