Currently running Pydio 8.2.3 with LDAP
Looks like Microsoft is making this mandatory if you are using LDAP.

Are there any recommendations from the Pydio team to help us with the transition, if need be?

Hello,
To switch ldap connection to use ssl/tls, please make sure that your ldap server support ssl/tls then configure pydio server for secured connection.

If you are using windows (iis), the config file is hardcoded in:
C:\openldap\sysconf\ldap.conf
