Help in completing installtion of cells

Hi, can someone please help me explain the cause of the below during installation of cells in windows 10?

This is the waiting page that shows up when the internal gateway is already up but the server not totally ready.

Usually, you are then redirected to the normal login page as soon as the server is up and running. I don’t know on Win10 but on other OSs it usually takes betwenn a few seconds and 1/2 minutes.

Are you stuck on this page for longer ?
Do you see any suspicious logs on the server side ?

Actually, its for longer period of time and not redirecting to the login page.
I found a log today - …/Pydio/cells/logs/tasks.log
