I have pydio 8.0.1 installed on Ubuntu 16.04 server and trying to update to 8.2.1. I cannot upgrade automatically "receiving “Ooops your installation is managed directly via os packages…” and when I am trying with cli “sudo apt-get install --only-upgrade pydio” I am receiving “Skipping pydio, it is not installed and only upgrades are requested.”. Just to say that the url of pydio I installed is changed to http://server_ip and not the default http://server_ip/pydio if it is helpful.
Can you please help me with this?

I have an entry inside pydio.list:
deb https://download.pydio.com/pub/linux/debian/ xenial main. So I think it is ok from this point. It seems that the updater cannot recognize my installation…
