AWS AMI not accesible

I have just set up the AWS AMI for Pydio Cells - Enterprise Distribution
v3.0.8 AWS Marketplace: Pydio Cells - Enterprise Distribution but I’m unable to access it neither from port 443 nor port 22 even though both ports are included on the inbound rules for the security group.

What could be the reason for the instance to be inaccessible?
