We have already seen this issue by others lately and it generally has one of these 2 root causes:

A cache issue in the client browser: can you insure your browser cache is completely empty by doing a hard rfresh and / or using private navigation ?

A clock issue: token require a valid time to be correct. Are you sure your computer and server are correctly connected to a NTP and in sync ?
