Hello @c12simple . I am sorry for taking your time. The whole time, the issue was with the SQL backup file. I don’t know how, but it was broken when I copied it to the new server, therefore, I just reuploaded the file and restored it. Now it is working. Thank you so much for your time.

I don’t know how but cells admin user search is not listing any users if that’s the main reason

Should I restore the SQL bakcup then? I updated the latest cell version after I restored it, though, which probably may have caused a problem.

Try to manually connect to your sql server on the same server of cells to make sure that connection is correct. Then you can monitor the startup log of cells.

The startup log looks good. Try to use cli to create a new admin account with pydio linux account ./cells admin user -h Don’t forget to export CELLS_WORKING_DIR=/var/cells

Tried creating admin user and restarted cells but still getting “Unauthorized” error, with the same error log ERROR pydio.rest.frontend Policies blocked POST request at /a/frontend/session. Response: DefaultDeny:true [image]

Try to login with incognito mode or goto Browser>Dev tools> Application > clear cache
