If user switch to some language else (for example: Chinese), DB should has correct utf8 setting to make Cells can write uft8 code into database properly.

Thank you for your suggestion, indeed when using languages with different character encoding the database needs to be set accordingly.
(I will create a post in the internal tracker and mention your post for a small update on that part)
