Hi,  
did you change the data path of Pydio.

edit : as i can see you tried to do soemthing [Pydio disbled Welcome page plugin leads to login issue](https://forum.pydio.com/t/pydio-disbled-welcome-page-plugin-leads-to-login-issue/444/4) as listed here, did you revert the setting that you changed ?
