# Too many attempts... remove IP address?

Pydio is working great on Desktop. Installed android app on cell, attempted to login mistakenly via phone using incorrect password and was locked out on cell. Waited 30 minutes but rec’d the same “too many attempts” error. Appears the app is blocking the IP when I look at the logs.

I signed into a VPN on my cell phone which uses a different IP address and tried to login again, and was successful,… soooooo, the question is:

Is there any way to remove the IP address that is being blocked?
