# \[SOLVED\] Cannot create user on Web interface or cmd.php

Hello everyone,

I use Pydio 8.0.2 and I need some help to fix my issue below :  
When I want to create a new user on web interface, I have this error message :

In English translate : “User already exist, you need to find another login”  
But, I’m sure it’s really new username.

And in log interface, I have this message :

With SSH terminal, I have this error :

I think, it’s another issue and probably with new\_user\_login & new\_user\_pwd parameters.

My system is : Linux files 3.16.0-4-amd64 #1 SMP Debian 3.16.43-2+deb8u3 (2017-08-15) x86\_64 GNU/Linux

Can you help me ?

Master Auth: should be auth.smb  
Slave instance: DB
