# Shared links customization

### Customizing a public shared link doesn’t allow uppercase letters. Is there a config setting somewhere that can be changed for this? I know there is a section in the sharing feature plugin where we can change the minimum length of the custom link, but nothing regarding what characters are allowed.

### Cells v4.4.15

### Debian 12, MariaDB 10.11

### Searched forums and Google without any luck.
