# Pydio files don't open on IOS

Hi!
We would like to access our Pydio server on iPhone (iOS 13.3.1). Unfortunately, it does not work:
- the authentication seems to be okay
- I see the list of the folders/files
- A blank screen appears with 0% in the middle for pdfs, xlsx,…, and black screen with the loading icon for images.

There should be no permission problem, because it works via the web.
Can someone please help?

I also facing the same issue. There is an authentication issue occurred when I was trying to access the application and after this I try to open it but it’s crashed so I tried contact the [apple application support](https://applesupportnumber.net/blog/apple-application-support-was-not-found/) but nothing is changed and the problem remains constant. Does anyone knows the solution of this?
