# Offline Files with Sync Client

Hello, I came across Pydio on Reddit (r/selfhosted/) and looking to replace Google Drive and Dropbox.

I managed to get Pydio up and running on Docker using Unraid and playing around with the Interface before I got it behind a reverse proxy and set up clients.

How will Pydio work with large amounts of data, not talking petabytes, but more the point of 5TB on Dropbox? If I move that to my NAS and into Pydio, will the Sync Client keep the 5TB on the server until needed? Similar to Online and Offline files with Dropbox etc.

I went through F.A.Q. and could not see anything there about this. Maybe terminology is off?
